Badman
They come from the western lands.
For the last ten years, through many incarnations, in the bar-rooms and
dancehalls across this great land, badman has created a soundtrack of
lonliness and filth. Theirs is the land of broken down brothels and nowhere
motels on highways with scary names. It's hot and dark there. The people
have black eyes and scars on their hands and everything good and beautiful
is too expensive or just out of reach. They find comfort in cheap wine
and the glassy moments just before sleep where they all dream themselves
to be something better, brighter and not quite as busted up as they are.

Starr

Aaron Martin
Aaron Martin lives
and records in Topeka, Kansas. His debut album Almond was released in
2006 by the Australian label Preservation. Aaron has also recorded with
the free-form collective Cantus Firmus, and has recently collaborated
with Machinefabriek on several releases, including Cello Recycling/Cello
Drowning for Type Records. He is currently recording arrangements
for New York songwriter Tan or Boil's debut on Preservation; and has just
finished a follow-up to Almond called River Water.

Shanyio
Shanyio project is Alex Hegyesi's side project. He has played and
performed in a couple of bands, projects as a musician from folk, rock,
alternative to psychedelic. Sometimes in this project he's helped by Sasa-Liviu
Stoianovici (NU) and Thomas Almadi (DNC). Alex Hegyesi is also interested
in the musical heritage found in traditional Eastern Europe ... he's also
a founding member of the NU group, a psychedelic ethno drone from Timisoara,
Romania and recorded one self-released cd "At Gardina" 2005
and the Lollipopshop label from Germany released a compilation cd "Eastern
Space Cakes" in 2006 and in 2007 another album one is getting ready.
